What are bag filters in a cement plant for?

Industrial bag filters are one of the most efficient types of dust collection units for air purification in aspiration systems. They can operate at high dust load - up to 150 g / m3.

The bag filter refers to the equipment of the dry type, it allows you to clean air and gases from any fine, non-sticking, dry, as well as abrasive and aggressive dust.

The FONS clinker grate cooler is the result of our intensive R&D. It is well known that the performance of a traditional refrigerator depends on the mechanical condition of the grate. The overall goal was to design a refrigerator with separation of air transport and distribution systems, elimination of seal air and optimization of air distribution in all operating modes. At the same time, it was necessary to ensure a simple and fast installation while achieving maximum availability and minimum maintenance. The FONS refrigerator meets all these requirements through the following innovative features: the use of crossbars for transport, a stationary air distribution system with mechanical flow control for each grate and a modular design. The entire FONS refrigerator is a modular design with a fixed inlet module followed by standard modules (air distribution grates. Standard modules are pre-assembled at the factory for high quality and quick and easy installation on site. Each module includes a movable frame driven by a hydraulic cylinder. Moving frame) guided by three linear guides and has two guiding frames. The guiding grates pass through the grate through two slots along the entire length of the module. The modular design of the cooler provides a variety of configuration options for different sizes depending on production requirements, clinker temperatures, etc. The FONS girder cooler is characterized by increased thermal efficiency, providing high secondary and tertiary air temperatures, which reduces overall heat consumption. High thermal efficiency and reduced energy consumption is maintained throughout the life of the refrigerator, regardless of the wear of the transport system. Ease of maintenance The number of wearing parts is minimized due to the simplified design:

The grille plates are no longer a wearing part. All wear parts of the refrigerator are easily replaced in less than four days. Therefore, the FONS clinker refrigerator requires significantly less maintenance than any other modern refrigerator.
